Our privacy notice tells you about the information we collect through our website and it explains how we use that information. If the practices described in this privacy notice are not acceptable to you, you should not provide us with information about yourself.

Your Personal Data

For purposes of this Privacy Notice, "personal data" refers to information that relates to you as an identified or identifiable person, such as your first and last name or email address.

This is not the same as Personally Identifiable Information (PII), which, for the purpose of data protection, is defined as any instance of an individual’s first name (or first initial) plus the last name, and any one of a number of additional specific confidential items such as Social Security Number or date of birth. We do not request, solicit, or collect any PII by or through our website.

Depending on the information you submit, that personal data is likely to include your first and last name, title, email address, company name, address, and/or phone number. You might also submit the version of Excel® you are currently using.

All submission of personal data is voluntary. If you choose not to provide your personal data, we may not be able to fulfill your request or enquiry.

We also collect useful non-personal information that includes the date and time of your request and the browser you are using. In addition, when you request pages on our website, our servers automatically log your IP addresses. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing the internet.

This information is used only to answer or process your request or to send you information about our company, our products, services or offerings. We do not retain your personal data for marketing purposes.
