ePHA^TM is a versatile Microsoft® Excel^TM-based electronic tool we have developed for real-time PHA documentation that provides a flexible and convenient platform for PHA facilitation and documentation, using order-of-magnitude likelihood and severity categories.

Licenses for use of ePHA are made available to clients in conjunction with our PHA consulting services.
